1. Concierge Delivery

To simplify your acquisition, ALRAE prioritizes transparency.

• Switzerland & Liechtenstein
  Complimentary shipping. As our products are shipped from Switzerland, you will have no customs duties or additional VAT to pay upon receipt.
• International (Europe, UK, USA, UAE)
  We ship our pieces worldwide. For international orders, shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Please note that local import taxes and duties may apply upon arrival depending on your country's legislation.

2. Processing Time & Delivery

Preparation (The Atelier):
Orders placed before 11:00 AM (CET) are processed the same day. Weekend orders are prepared on the next business day.

Transit:
We collaborate with premium partners (Swiss Post, DHL Express) to ensure the security of your shipment.
