We craft our pieces to weather the seasons. However, we understand that fit is a key part of the experience. If a piece does not meet your expectations, we facilitate its return under the following conditions.

1. The Reflection Window

You have a window of 14 calendar days after receiving your order to notify us of your intention to return an item.

Beyond this period, we consider the piece adopted and integrated into your equipment. No returns will be accepted after this time, except under our Lifetime Performance Warranty (manufacturing defects).

2. Pristine Condition

To be eligible for a refund, each piece must return to us in immaculate condition, ready to rejoin our inventory:

• Unworn: The item must have only been tried on. Any signs of wear, scent, or washing will result in the refusal of the refund.
• Tags Attached: All hangtags and security seals must remain attached.
• Original Packaging: The product must be returned in its original protective pouch or box.

3. Process & Return Costs

In a spirit of conscious consumption, we do not offer automatic prepaid return labels.

A. Costs:
Return shipping costs are at the client's expense. We recommend using a trackable service, as we cannot guarantee a refund for a package lost during return transit.

Note: If the return is due to an error on our part or a product defect, we will naturally cover all shipping costs.

B. Steps to Follow:

1. Send an email to contact@alraegolf.com with your order number (#1001).
2. We will send you the Return Form and the precise address of our logistics atelier in Switzerland.
3. Include the form in the package and ship it.

4. Inspection & Refund

Upon receipt at the atelier, your return will be inspected (2 to 4 business days). If the conditions are met, we will trigger an immediate refund to your original payment method (Credit Card, PayPal, etc.).

The credit will appear on your account within 5 to 10 days depending on banking delays.
