Access to and use of ALRAE services are governed by the following principles. By accessing our digital House or acquiring our pieces, you agree to be bound by these terms, designed to protect the integrity of our architecture and your experience.

1. "Inaugural Member" Status (The Circle)

The status of "Inaugural Member" is a privilege granted on a complimentary basis to individuals who joined the ALRAE waitlist prior to the public launch of Series 01. This status is strictly linked to the email address provided during registration.

• Priority Access (Early Access)
  ALRAE commits to opening access to its online boutique to Inaugural Members 24 hours before the opening to the general public.
  Note: Priority access guarantees the opportunity to order before the public, but does not guarantee stock availability if member demand exceeds Series 01 production. The "first come, first served" rule applies within The Circle itself.

2. Lifetime Performance Warranty

As an Inaugural Member, your ALRAE pieces benefit from an extended commercial lifetime warranty, distinct from the legal guarantee of conformity.

A. What is Covered (The Atelier's Commitment)

We guarantee the structural integrity of our products against any manufacturing defect or material fault, without time limit, for the original owner:

• Defective seams or broken threads outside of extreme tension.
• Failing buttons, zippers, and hardware.
• Abnormal twisting of the knit or dyeing defects after washing according to instructions.

B. What is Not Covered (The Player's Responsibility)

This warranty does not cover natural wear and tear linked to intensive use or time, nor course accidents:

• Natural abrasion of fabric at friction zones (e.g., bag carrying).
• Accidental tears (snags, falls).
• Damage caused by improper care (washing at excessive temperature, bleach).
• Progressive discoloration due to prolonged UV exposure beyond industrial standards.

C. Implementation

In the event of a proven defect, ALRAE will always prioritize repair in our ateliers to prolong the life of the product. If repair is impossible, the product will be replaced. Judgment on the nature of the defect (manufacturing vs. wear) remains at the sole discretion of ALRAE technical experts.

3. General Terms of Sale

Price and Availability: Prices displayed are in Swiss Francs (CHF) and include legal VAT. ALRAE reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, but products will be invoiced based on rates in effect at the time of order registration.

Intellectual Property: All elements of the ALRAE site (texts, images, sonic architecture, design) are and remain the intellectual and exclusive property of ALRAE. No one is authorized to reproduce, exploit, redistribute, or use for any purpose whatsoever, even partially, elements of the site.
